Developed transformation concepts with a focus on private equity clients in various industries and countries to enable growth and deal value generation. Conducted due diligence for small, mid and large cap companies across different industries.

Led the creation of around 70 start-ups annually over 20 years as Head of Innovation at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Managed TUM's entire IP portfolio, comprising of 600 patent families on average, as well as TUM’s industry and academic collaborations. Background in Natural Sciences with a doctorate in Ecological Chemistry and Environmental Analysis.

Before Pia started at Tach2yone, as head of finance she was responsible for the finance department at the private equity group AEQUITA. Previously, she worked for KPMG in Munich and London as a consultant. The focus of her work was on CFO agenda projects, where she was mainly responsible for IPOs and M&A transactions from a finance perspective. She began her professional career at KPMG Audit, where she was responsible for annual, consolidated financial statement and special audits.
